2007-08 Diversity Study

In the 2007-08 academic year, the Diversity Committee of the Faculty Senate requested a study of diversity on campus. Dr. Lewis Shepherd, from Ouachita Baptist University visited Samford to conduct focus groups and interviews in order to assess the issue. Below is a copy of his findings, as well as data provided to the Diversity Committee. All responses from that committee can be found at their site.
